Hair pamper…

Today I am at Synergy Hair Kloof, getting my hair done for the first time in over a year! Being pregnant for 9 months and first time mamma for 3 months….this is a real treat.

Waking at 6am, involuntary I may add, I got my 3 month old ready to go to her day mother for the first time…EVER!!! Freaking out and nerves flying sky high… Got myself ready, and fed baby quick and put her down for an 1hr nap before leaving home.

Jungle in my stomach, we were on our way to the day mother. Got there and baby was still abit sleepy…felt so bad for leaving her there…sniff sniff. After explaining all the ins and outs about baby, I was on my way to my cousins hair salon in kloof.

Stressing on the drive to Kloof…shed a few tears, OK more than a few and had a lump in my throat. Gosh how I HATE this feeling. Eventually got to the salon…sense of calmness came to me. A lovely calm, modern salon…music playing…happy faces, a sigh of relief.

Lovely cup of coffee and my hair is on its way to transformation! Exciting! Do visit this salon soon,  it’s really like no other salon. I really enjoyed the massage while the lovely ladies wash and treat my hair.

This is a lovely pampering gift, thanks to my special person, I got for my first Mother’s Day. Even though I’m checking with the day mother every so minutes asking if my precious baby is ok, it’s so relaxing (me time…my space)…SIGH.
